To Share my knowledge, with an enthusiasm joined as an Assistant Professor in Malla Reddy Engineering College in 2005, to my surprise encountered with rich experienced faculty. Learnt many things to deal with students and upgrading myself and published 25 research articles together with students as a project supervisor. Also pursuing my Ph.D in Human Resource Management as a broader area with HRM Practices in Banking sector as the topic of research through Rayalaseema University, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. With rich experience presently acting as 1. A member in music club of Student Association Council. 2. In-charge for Criterion-I of MBA Department 3. Co-ordinator for NBA of MBA Department 4. Co-ordinator for UGC of MBA Department 5. Member - Board of Studies of MBA Department 6. In-charge for Alumni Association in MBA Department 7. Time-table in-charge of MBA Department Other Achievements Had a notable achievements with industrial visits and obtained a teaching proficiency certificate. Teaching Achievements After the establishment of MBA Department, the pass percentage is a minimum of 96% in each semester of MBA students as well as MEFA, MS as ancillary subjects for B.Tech, students for each of the semesters.
